The staff there is very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The access is great and safe. The space is very clean and well lit. I am very comfortable with having my things there and don't give it a second thought. I'm happy to have found this space.

I chose for a storage place in the basement. There's no direct light because the fluorescent lamp is farther from my storage place. So I bring my battery-charger to lit the place so I can see what I do. I like my spot, it's conveniently located and not too far from the elevator. Also I want to mention how gracefully and pleasant I was shown a couple of storage places by the deskclerq so I had a choice. All my questions were answered in a timely manner. KUDOS FOR HIM.

My experience was very pleasant and hassle-free. The property manager, Steve O'Connor, was very helpful and accommodating and took care of my situation quickly and efficiently. The Lafayette facility is clean and there is excellent parking close to the elevator. I am very happy with the service and facility.
