Just moved in. Very clean. Seems very secure. Only issues are: to get a cart, show up during office hours. Top floor felt much hotter than ground level. Not sure about the bathrooms.

there's a few more gaps under the walls and cobwebs than I'd like, and the interior lighting could be better, but the customer service is good and the prices are reasonable don't pull in there in a vehicle you can't turn around in a smallish space though because the exit door is broken so you have to go out the way you came in also when mapping the location the entrance is clear on the other side from where Google thinks it is

Before moving in I reserved on line, quick and easy! I received a call from staff who were bery nice and answered my questions. They let me know I can buy a lock on site as well. When I got there no one was in the office So I had to go purchase a lock elsewhere. I believe they were on lunch possibly, the facility is clean and the down stairs labeled so you can find your unit, yet the upstairs has no labels to help you locate your unit if you are upstairs along with the fact there is no map for you to try to easily locate it on your own. When the staff arrived they Weâre nice and did help me locate my unit from behind a locked door due to this crazy virus which is legit. I get it.

Once we made contact we've had a good experience. The storage facility was clean and the onsite customer service from Miguel was very helpful even though there was a lot of customers coming and going. Only concern is a side door was propped open when no one was on site the last time we came the facility. Obviously this is a security problem.

We would definitely recommend the storage facility again. With very short notice they helped us enormously and getting us a good storage unit and helping us find a vehicle to use

Move in was pleasant and quick! The facility had dollies and a wide aisle for driving a van up to the storage units. Facility is not temperature controlled, but the fact that it's indoors and in northern CA means it maintains a fairly uniform temperature year round.

We were recommended Alameda Central Self Storage after moving and not knowing the area. I didn't know about Spare Foot but Deb was great about guiding me in the right direction to get the best deal, including using my AAA membership. She took time to show me a few different spaces and got me all straightened out. After a hectic few days moving it was helpful to have someone else do the legwork!

I've been using this storage for over a year and its very simple to use its usually not crowded so access to your storage is usually a breeze I would definitely recommend this place to someone.

Christine at the front desk is great and very helpful. She showed me 3 units and the one's on the 2nd floor are clearly superior...better lighting and seem like a better value. It was really challenging to find a cart to move my things. Christine did find us one but it would be great if more were available. I hope the back gate is fixed soon too. Turning around a U-Haul truck is going to be difficult!

Staff is very knowledgeable and professional. They quickly setup a unit for me based on my reservation as soon as I walked in the door. The moving truck was there so it was very valuable to spend as little as time as possible on paperwork. Clean facility. Small draw back - no lighting inside the storage facilities - tough to see what I have stored in there now.
