Easy access, huge elevator clean worker respectful and friendly service

I got a space there as I was going between living spaces. I purchased it on a Friday. The very next day, I was lucky enough to find a space to live and was going to come in for a refund the following Monday. Literally an hour after I found the place, someone from your place called me noticing I hadn't put a lock on my still empty storage place. I told him I had found a place and wanted a refund which he said you don't do as a policy. In the US, 99% of companies give refunds within at least 10 days and the fact that your company does not is terrible customer service especially considering it was one day and I never used the space at all. I could not and will recommend you to anyone and you should reconsider your refund policy.

I haven't heard anything from them since the day I signed the contract. They work strange hours and are impossible to get in touch with. Every number associated with Self Storage says they do not service this location - no one has an explanation why. I haven't been charged since the initial payment either, which is weird because it's been 3 months now, and I can't get in touch with anyone for that either. No one has contacted me from the location, but I get these survey requests and promotion emails from Self Storage, so I know my info is correct. It is all very strange. The location is hard to unload at because it's a busy street with no other entrance than the double doors to the main office, so you go through there to the elevator. Thankfully the codes worked when we put everything in the the storage unit to get into the building and elevator.
